Zoo Russia Professional Exhibition 2011 to become even more international

Moscow again becomes the meeting place for the international pet supplies market from 18-20 February 2011.
This year’s Zoo Russia Professional in Moscow is proof that the regional pet industry is managing to swim in a difficult global economical situation. While manufacturers and retailers in most countries might be worrying about the possibility of not a very productive year, those focused on the Russian pet products industry are benefiting from discovering one of the most sophisticated and promising markets in the world, which offers a unique combination of highly developed economic infrastructure coupled with a vibrant emerging market economy.

After compiling the final exhibition numbers and statistics the project management team announced that Zoo Russia 2010 met expectations in nearly every aspect with multiple new products introduced and more trade visitors attending the show that last year, and a record number of retailers, wholesalers and importers from regions including Krasnodar, Tambov, Rostov-na-Donu, Khabarovsk, Kaliningrad, Vladimir, Nizhniy Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and many more.

Zoo Russia Professional 2011 will bring together exhibitors and visitors from all over the world to feature the best pet product specialists including manufacturers, award winning groomers, world renowned handlers, aquatic industry specialist, just to name a few. The exhibition will feature high quality conference programmes including ZooForum, PractiVet veterinary summit, run alongside a series of structured one-to-one business meetings between trade visitor buyers and supplier exhibitors.

ZooGroom Russia 2011, the grooming competition, will be hosted in partnership with European Grooming Association. Every year this event gathers numerous number of groomers, who will attend to master their skills and network with industry peers. All groomers are encouraged to compete despite the level of skill. ZooGroom Russia is an annual competition and the excitement is raising in anticipation an even greater 2011 event, strategically packed with hands-on demonstrations, master classes and workshop and variety of trade stands of grooming industry suppliers. ZooGroom Russia 2011 will be coupled with Creative Pet Styling Competition, hosted in partnership with the National Association of Professional Creative Groomers. The event is designed to recognize the groomer's creativity and ingenuity, as well as the grooming expertise.
4th Annual PractiVet, the veterinary summit, will run alongside the exhibition. The summit is a gathering of attendees from all across Russia representing the leading veterinary product importers, veterinary clinic owners and private veterinary practitioners.

Zoo Russia is designed for professionals in business to do business and Asti Group raison d’être is to facilitate knowledge expansion and reeducation, networking and to maximize deal-making opportunities for trade visitors, partners and exhibitors.
